If you ever find yourself struggling with anything, it might be related to Academic, Accommodation or Personal reasons, always remember you have a full team of staff members to support you!

Academic Counselling

Students receive ongoing feedback on their academic progress from their teachers. Our Academic team are always available to offer advice on study skills, pathways and further study options.

Accommodation Counselling

If you would like to know more about living with a host-family or living in our on-campus dormitory (SPC Cairns only) or if you have any issues about your current accommodation plan, our Accommodation Officer can assist you.

Personal Counselling

Sometimes students face difficulties being in a different country with language, culture and we fully understand that, so we have a prepared Student Services Officer to deal with these situations.
